These terms apply to the Everyday Resistance Kit.
Returns within 30 days
Request a return within 30 days after receiving your order by emailing service.pro.1@outlook.com. Include your order number and the reason for the return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused. Please obtain return instructions before sending any item back.
Return shipping costs
The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. ACTIVE ROUTINE covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can arrange a resolution.
Refunds
We will inspect returned items and notify you about refund eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
